Physical Rehabilitation

Once our patients are stabilized and we have corrected joint restrictions (with chiropractic adjustments) and broken down the scar tissue in the muscles (with Active Release Techniques®) we provide personalized rehabilitation and exercise programs in order to keep the body moving the way it should.  We use a variety of methods and progressions to rehabilitate our patients in the most efficient way possible.

Weighted lunge

  • Stretching and Mobility Work
  • Self Myofascial Release (foam roller, trigger point ball, therabands)
  • Resistance Training
  • Cardiovascular Exercise
  • Balance and Proprioceptive Training

Whether your goal is to continue golfing, run a 10K, deadlift 400 lbs,  or simply live without pain, we will provide the tools and resources that will help you achieve that goal.  You will leave our office with the knowledge of what you can do at home to avoid future injury.
