Monday Mornings

Monday mornings  can throw you off, it did me today.  Woke up at 5AM, reset alarm, and went back to bed rationalizing that I WILL lift chest/back after work, and I will don’t you worry.  But now I feel off my game even before heading to work, missed my morning workout and I am feeling it.  My mind feels cluttered and  overwhelmed with things that need to be done today.  Getting in your workout early subdues this feeling and makes you feel more empowered and in control of your day.
