I was born  with giant thunder thighs (great for sports, not so great shopping for dress pants)  so I am keeping reps high trying to get them as lean and tight as possible, do not need any more mass on these tree trunks.

10/30/13 Leg day

30 min 3.5MPH walk @5 degrees

Leg Press 20/18/16/14

I kept rest to 1′-2′ between sets and had some significant jelly legs after these.  If you are using the leg press, do it correctly by going through the full range of motion to reap the most benefit and NOT by loading it with 10 plates and only moving 4 inches.  C’MON MAN, you aren’t fooling anyone!  Oh, and don’t forget the importance of barbell squats!
