Transitions

It has been close to a month since I have set down the ‘bells’ and started my split routine and I am really having fun in the gym again.  So much fun in fact that I have been contemplating in doing a Men’s Physique show in March.  Physique is different than Bodybuilding, quite different actually.  I am on my tablet and dont want the pains of writing the lengthy description so just look it up if you are interested.  I took BEFORE pics et. all (though wont show those until AFTER pics are ready), at this point there is alot of work to be done and currently I am on a hypertrophy.

Man, it sucks typing on a tablet!  With that I will just give you todays workout, which was shoulder/arms

Yep, no more blogs using the tablet!  Wanted to talk philosophy and such from going from ONLY compound movements to classic bodybuilding but will save that for a day when I have my computer.  Have a great day guys and gals!
