Double KB Power Workout

I spoke on bodybuilding in yesterday’s blog and wanted to give you guys another GREAT documentary.  This features top contender Kai Greene and is a realistic ground level viewpoint of the discipline required to be a bodybuilder.  I may even watch the live feed of Mr. Olympia this weekend, it’s a fascinating sport for sure.

Warm-up

Double Kettlebell Power Circuits – Go heavy, go hard, earn the rest periods.  Going 30″ on, 30″ off, finishing with a 1′ racked hold at end of each circuit as ‘active recovery’

Circuit 1- 2x

  • KB Half Snatch
  • KB Racked Lunge
  • KB Push Press
  • KB Racked Hold 1′

Circuit 2- 2x

  • KB Clean
  • KB Racked Squat
  • KB Push-ups
  • Racked Hold 1′

Circuit 3 -2x

  • KB Swing
  • KB Alternating Press
  • KB Renegade Row
  • Racked Hold 1′

Finish with some FUN in the hallway then stretch it out
