ANGRY POSSUM – Kettlebell Circuit

Warm-up

 

 

ANGRY POSSUM Circuit – 1x through.  Possums were common on the farm and  could be little whirling dervishes of angry if you happened to come across one trapped in the barn.  After this circuit you may very well resemble a beaten possum; scowling, smelly, and writhing on the ground.

  • Around the World- 1’/direction
  • Half Get-up – 1’/side
  • Chop – 1’/side
  • High Row- 1’/arm
  • Walk the Plank w/KB- 1′
  • Racked Squat – 1’/arm
  • American Swing – 1′
  • Lunge + Press- 1’/side
  • Snatch – 1’/arm
  •  Push Press/Jerk- 1’/arm
  • Swing + Side Step- 1′
  • Curl the Horse – 1′

‘Core’ Circuit – 1x

  • SLDL – 30″/leg
  • Glute Bridge Pull-over- 30″
  • KB Push-up- 30″/arm
  • Donkey Kicks – 30″/leg
  • Front Plank- 30″
