On our trip to visit family in Missouri over Labor Day we had the chance to do the ‘ghost tour’ of the Missouri State Prison (decommissioned in 2004). I wanted a way to work these creepy pictures into my blog so I designated this workout the “…it could be worse” circuit.
Y’know, because you could be serving time in the most haunted prison in America. Anyway, lets get after it!!
“…It Could Be Worse” – Circuit Blocks: Perform each block 3x, rest 1′ between each circuit
- Around the world 30″/direction
- Power Snatch Lunge 30″/arm
- Russian Twist 30″
- Half Get-up (5 Pt) 30″/arm
- Thruster 30″/arm
- American Swing 30″
- Low Windmill 30″/arm
- UBC 30″
- Butterfly Push-up 30″
- Squat Jumps 30″
Finish with a hallway circuit of bear crawl and loaded carry, stretch, and call it good!
