  • Lt Snatch 10x
  • Goblet Squat 10x

AMRAP 2- 7 min.

  • Rt Thruster 7x
  • Lt Thruster 7x
  • American Swing 7x

AMRAP 3 – 4 min.

  • Rt Bent Row 4x
  • Lt Bent Row 4x
  • BURPEE 4x

Finish it all up with some fun in the hallway, stretch, and call it a night!
