After an amazing trip to Missouri to visit family, I am back in town ready throw some bells. During the trip I did a lot of reflecting and due to current craziness decided that I cannot honestly put forth the effort needed to continue training girevoy sport. My head and soul is not in it and so I told my fantastic coach, Christian Goldberg, who responded with her typical grace and understanding. Great lady, great coach. Goal now is to simply use kettlebells in addition to barbells, bodyweight training, and running to achieve desired fitness and as stress relief.
Tonight after a great day of seeing patients in the office, I am spending some quality time with my gal as we do an, ‘I go, you go’ complex series:
Complex- ‘I go, you go’ pattern with partner. I will be using the 24kg, Keri is mixing it up with the 12kg and 16kg. Repeat for 10 total sets.

- Rt Jerk 5x
- Rt Snatch 5x
- Lt Clean 5x
- Lt Jerk 5x
- Lt Snatch 5x
- HS Swing 10x
- Push-up 10x
Throw in a circuit of dips and ab wheels (3 x 10) and call it a day
