8′ AMRAP sets with 4′ between.  1 partner works while the other rests.

AMRAP 1

  • Half Snatch 5x
  • Racked Squat 5x
  • Push press/jerk 5x

AMRAP 2

  • Swing 5x
  • Racked Lunge 3x/leg
  • Alternating Press 3x/arm

Circuit-

  • HR Push up 30″
  • Bent row Rt 30″
  • Bent row Lt 30″
  • Side plank Rt 30″
  • Front plank 30″
  • Side plank Lt 30″
  • Mtn climbers 30″
  • Rest 1′ repeat 2x

Stretch, go home, EAT
