High volume.  Constant motion. Work capacity.

That is whats on the plate for today’s class.  This will include a circuit with varied full body movements and an active recovery between exercises.

30″ per exercise with 30″ ‘air jump rope’ between each exercise.  Go with lighter weights if needed, goal is to keep the body moving.

  • Rt snatch
  • Lt snatch
  • Goblet squat
  • Hindu push up
  • Rest 2′
  • Rt high row
  • Lt high row
  • Jump squats
  • HR push ups
  • Rest 2′
  • Rt thruster
  • Lt thruster
  • Swing
  • Flutter kicks
  • Rest 2′
  • Rt Clean + press
  • Lt Clean + press
  • High plank
  • Horse stance
  • Rest 2′

Finish with loaded carry set in hallway

Stretch, go home, eat
