Alright folks, lets get the competitive juices flowing tonight at Personal Best.
Partner up with someone similar in skill, strength, and fitness level. We will be competing against our partners, for each exercise we are shooting for as many reps as possible trying to beat your partners reps. Your partner or myself may declare a ‘NO REP’ if you:
- Do not achieve full range of motion
- Do not achieve full lockout or fixation overhead
- Perform movement with incorrect or unsafe technique
Cheating and injury are for dorks so we will avoid both. This will be a fun one, effort should be a sprint for each movement as there is a 2′ rest for each 1′ of work. Get after it guys and gals!
For each movement one partner will perform work while other watches technique and counts reps, switch, then rest 1′ (hence each athlete will have 2′ rest between movements).

- Push-ups (full range folks)
