Platform Playtime

Have not logged the last few of my training sessions, no bueno.  Since this is a personal blog I log my numbers mostly to keep myself accountable and not let myself cheat in training.  Must be ALL IN and fully commited in order to accomplish my goal of CMS in November.   My 10′ 20kg test  set is three sessions away.  Little nervous but mostly excited, it will give my coach a good idea on where training goes next.

My lockouts have been improving each week with quicker fixation at the top, and I have started ‘stomping the heels’ on my cleans in order to get better initial landing/position(great tip coach).  This also provides another oppurtunity to engage my plantar muscles and avoid foot cramping.  Little subtleties like this is why this is such a kick ass sport.  You can ALWAYS improve!
