KB CLASS 8/12/2013

Warm up

Class will be two circuits building work capacity tonight.  Each circuit consists of 4′ of work followed by 2′ rest.  Repeat ENTIRE sequence 3x.

Circuit 1

  • Snatch 30″/arm
  • Clean + squat 30″/arm
  • Push press 30″/arm
  •  swing 30″
  • Spider push up 30″

Rest 2′

Circuit 2

  • Thruster 30″/arm
  •  lunge w/ KB@side 30″/leg
  • Bent row 30″/arm
  • UBC 30″
  • Mtn. Climber 30″

Rest 2′, complete 3 sequences

Isometric circuit 1x

  • Glute bridge 1′
  • Lt side plank 1′
  • Rt side plank 1′
  • Front plank 1′
  • Horse stance 1′
