10 Min AMRAP

  • 1 clean Rt

  • 1 racked front squat Rt
  • 1 push press/jerk Rt
  • Repeat on Lt = 1 round

Circuit – rest 2 min between each circuit, repeat 3x

  • Russian Twist 30 sec
  • Bent Row 30 sec/arm
  • Racked lunge + press 30 sec/leg
  • Low windmill 30 sec/arm
  • Mtn climbers 30 sec
