BEAR POWER – A Double KB Circuit

I was so happy with how my athletes did in last week’s double KB session I am upping the ante and giving them another.  This is another power centric session with a 1:1 work to rest ratio.  We are keeping the intensity HIGH with each movement.  Each KB exercise done with two bells sans the three bodyweight movements.

Warm up

BEAR POWER CIRCUIT – Rest 30″ between exercise and 1′ between circuits.  Repeat circuit three times

  • Half snatch 30″
  • Hindu push up 30″
  • Racked squat 30″
  • Clean 30″
  • Push press 30″
  • Swing 30″
  • Racked lunge 30″
  • Bent row 30″
  • Spider push up 30″
  • Flutter kicks 30″

Stretch, go home, eat
