AMRAP MADNESS

  • Had Dragonboat races all weekend but now its back to the platform for my kettlebell sport training.

Warm up

  • 2 x 24kg clean 4′ 12RPM
  • 20kg LC 4’30” 10RPM
  • 16kg LC 5′ 10RPM
  • 2 x 24kg rack hold 2’30”
  • 20′ run

7/29/13 KB CLASS – AMRAP MADNESS – rest 3-5′ between each AMRAP.

Effort should be 8/10 on each AMRAP, we will be scaling as the workout progresses as needed.

Warm up

AMRAP 1 – 6′

  • Snatch 15x/arm
  • Push up 10x
  • Clean + squat 5x/arm

AMRAP 2 – 6′

  • Swing 15x
  • Goblet squat 10x
  • Burpee 5x

AMRAP 3 – 6′

  • Mtn climbers 15x/leg
  • Push press 10x/arm
  • Back weighted Lunge 5x/leg

Stretch, go home, eat
