Today’s meal replacement smoothie:

  • Handfull of kale
  • Blackberries
  • Blueberries
  • Half avocado
  • Coconut milk
  • Banana
  • Carrot
  • 2 egg yolks, cage free/organic
  • Water for consistency

Throw the beast in office fridge and enjoy after my first block of patients.


Warm up

Set 1: 24kg LC + Jerk 3′ 6-7 RPM

Set 2: 20kg LC 4′ 10RPM

Set 3: 16kg LC 4’30” 10-11RPM

30 min run
