Tonight we are utilizing a circuit to increase/ train power output. This is a 1:1 work to rest ratio so buckle up for an intense 8/10 effort on each exercise. This is also a double KB workout which will create a large metabolic demand. You will be expected to eat a healthy EPIC meal afterwards!
Rest 30″ after each movement and repeat entire circuit 5x

- Double Clean 30″
- Double Press 30″
- Double Front Squat 30″
- Double Swing 30″
- Hindu Push-up 30″
