Great Day of Training

My coach has successfully got me to enjoy running again (first time since 2011).  I am finding that groove where it feels almost effortless and it gives me a chance to listen to some audio books that have been on the queue for a while.  Thanks Christian!

Warm-up

Set 1: 20kg LC 3’30” 10RPM

Set 2: 20kg LC 3’30” 10RPM

Set 3: 16kg LC 4’30” 10-11RPM

Set 4: 2x24kg Rack Hold 2’30”

Medium Assist Set-

1. Dips x 10 – 15 reps
2. Row in Plank 12 + 12kg x 10 – 15 each
arm
3. Alt. Press 12 + 12kg x 15 – 20 each arm
4. SLDL Contra  12kg x 10 –
15 each side
5. Russian Twist 12kg x 20 – 30 each side
6. Goodmorning w/KB on upper back 16kg x
20 – 25 reps
7. Ab wheel x 10 – 15 reps

30 min Run
