A) Band of Brothers Complex- work with partner, “I go, you go.” Here is the KICKER: during your rest you MUST have the kettlebell OFF the ground the entire time. You can hold it in the racked position, at your side, overhead, goblet style, back weighted, etc.

Each person will complete 5 total complex sets. Use your rest time to watch your partner’s form and notice where they can improve. Learning + Exercise = A Better YOU!
B) Partner Burpees – With a partner complete 100 total burpees. Only one person may perform work at a time, you can break the reps up however you like. Switch every 3, 5, 10, whatever you want.
C) Circuit 3x, go at your own pace
- Sit-up Get-up 5x/arm
- Dolphin Push-up 10x
- Glute Bridge 10x
