KB Class@Personal Best

Lets get this place THUMPIN tonight!  We are working as a team of two for the bulk of the workout so shake off that Monday lull and GET LOUD!

“We few, we happy few, we band of brothers. For he today that sheds his blood with me shall be my brother; be never so vile. ”  – Bill Shakespeare

A) Band of Brothers Complex- work with partner, “I go, you go.”  Here is the KICKER:  during your rest you MUST have the kettlebell OFF the ground the entire time.  You can hold it in the racked position, at your side, overhead, goblet style, back weighted,  etc.

Rt arm Press 5x

Rt arm Racked Squat 5x

Rt arm swing 5x

Lt arm Press 5x

Lt arm Racked Squat 5x

Each person will complete 5 total complex sets.  Use your rest time  to watch your partner’s form and notice where they can improve.   Learning + Exercise = A Better YOU!

B) Partner Burpees – With a partner complete 100 total burpees.  Only one person may perform work at a time, you can break the reps up however you like.  Switch every 3, 5, 10, whatever you want.
