Here is video set of yesterdays 5’30” 16kg LC.  The feet have been cramping horribly** during my 6 min sets so I  reached out to Coach Christian for advice.  She simply said to practice ‘slamming the heels’ on the second dip.  You can hear the difference on the reps that I remembered to do so, like cracks of thunder.  I have actively done this on my last two longer sets and the cramping has been minimal, just twinges to let me know it is still there.

**I think another reason for the crampling is the transition from minimalist shoewear all day to weightlifting platform shoes.  Have been taking preventative measures at home such as rolling the feet out with a golf ball and stretching the calves more.

Be like this guy and make some NOISE on those jerks
