KB Endurance Circuit Tonight at Personal Best

KB Class Tonight at Personal Best,

Warm-up

Strength/Technique: Low Windmill 5 x 3 – Focus on kickin’ those hips back and out!

Endurance Circuit: Repeat 3x.  Between each movement use 30 sec.  ‘air’ jump rope for active recovery.  Goal today is to always keep moving (and keep technique dialed in, of course)!

  • Single Leg Deadlift (SLDL) Contralateral 30 sec/leg
  • Snatch 30 sec/arm
  • Back Weighted Lunge 30 sec
  • Hand to Hand (H2H) Swing 30 sec
  • Push Press 30 sec/arm
  • Burpee 30 sec

Bear Crawl + Loaded Carry Finisher (suitcase, racked, OH) – This WILL be TOUGH, and that is WHY we are doing it.  Movements like these build both physical AND mental strength and endurance.  Got to break you down to build you back up stronger!

It is cool to be strong folks, here is an incredible example of why proper technique is so important and how far that (and a butt-load of hardwork) can take you!   Ksenia Dedyukhina is a Russian lifter who competes with the 24kg (53lb) bell in the 63kg weight class.  BOOM, heads explode!
