Last night before teaching my class I did a quick 10 min on spin  bike and 100 Snatches with the 20kg switching every 5 reps.  My OCD is forcing me to note this, here is tonight’s session.

***Uploaded the 24kg 1.5min set



Set 1: LC 24kg 1.5 min, 10 RPM, rest 2min

Set 2: LC 20kg 3 min, 10 RPM, rest 4 min

Set 3: LC 16kg 4 min, 10 RPM, rest as needed


  • Dips 15x
  • Russian twist 16kg 30x
  • Alt Press 2 x 20kg 15x/arm
  • Russian twist 16kg 30x
  • Back Weighted Good Morning 20kg 20x
  • Ab wheel 15x
  • Cardio 20 min run
