Kettlebell Class 6/5/13- Heavy Presses and MetCon Fun!

Tonight at Personal Best Fitness Center will be a great kettlebell workout for the athletes.  I am proud of the students embracing the technique and have seen HUGE growths in proficiency and weight lifted.

Warm-up

Strength – Strict Press 5 x 2/arm, work up to 2RM on last set, focusing on form and generating whole body tension

Circuit – Designed to increase work capacity, will review movements beforehand

  • Snatch 30 sec/arm
  • Racked squat 30 sec/arm
  • Push Press 30 sec/arm
  • Lunge pass 30 sec
  • Russian twist 30 sec
  • H2H Swings 30 sec
  • Hand Release Push-ups 30 sec

Rest 2 min, repeat for 4 total sets

Cool Down
