Above is a set of 20kg LC for 2 min@10rpm that I did yesterday, shoulder fixation is coming along but needs alot of work.  Cardio…pretty awful at the moment.  I have alot of time till Nationals but it will fly by and there is so much work that needs to be done.  With that here is today’s training.

Warm-Up

Set 1: LC 20kg 2.5min, 10 RPM

Set 2: LC 16kg 3.5 min, 10 RPM

Set3: LC 16kg 3.5 min, 10 RPM

Set 4: LC 12kg 3 min, 6 RPM, hold each lockout 5 sec

GPP:

  • Push-ups 20x
  • Double Bent Row w/20kg’s 20x
  • Weighted Good Morning 20gk 20x
  • Ab Wheel 3 x 5
  • Dips 3 x 5
  • Row 1,000m
