Superior Morgul Classic and embracing Girevoy Sport (GS)

Worked as an ALINE rep at the Superior Morgul Classic this weekend, this was my first time being front and center at a professional bike race.  It was pretty incredible, those lads ride HARD!

Here is a very brief glimpse of the riders on top of ‘The Wall’ on Sunday;

With the whole avulsion fracture on my left tibia I cannot squat for some time but have discovered that doing the GS (Girevoy Sport) lifts do not bother it at all and even feel therapeutic on the knee.  This means I am throwing my hat back into the kettlebell sport ring (while still doing accessory barbell lifts).  Started the GS program today for the snatch and long cycle (clean and jerk).
