Got an X-ray of my knee which revealed a beautiful avulsion fracture on my left knee where the Osgood is located (tibial tuberosity).  Gona PRICE is up mega time and avoid squats for a bit, good thing I have kettlebells in my bag.  Many of the movements with the KB is therapeutic for the knees and increases the synovial fluid in the joint.  Not too discouraged, just a bit.

28kg double  KB long cycle 15 x 5 sets (30-60 second rest)

40kg KB Press 10 x 1/arm


KB Class is as follows;

Dynamic Warm-up

Circuit- 30 sec on/30 sec off.  Repeat entire circuit 4x

  • Double KB Swing
  • Double KB Clean
  • Double KB Press
  • Double KB Squat
  • Renegade Row
  • Push-up jump to dip and back (performed on 2 KB)
