Training does not have to be complicated folks, keep it simple with a full body pull, press, squat.
I read Jim Wendler’s 5/3/1, excellent stuff. I love his No BS humorous style, the ebook was less than 10 bucks and I strongly recommend it. The plan is to continue Madcow for a full nine weeks with its higher volume to build a strong base then transition to the 5/3/1 template.
