OH Press 5 x 5

Power Clean 5 x 5

100#, 135#, 150#, 175#, 200#


  • Plank series 3 x 30 sec each
  • Incline Press (barbell) 6- 135#, 4-185#, 2-205#,   5 x 1- 225#
