Workout Catch-up


“Kitchen Sink” – Since this was the only Mile High Strength Club meetup this week, I thought they would enjoy a high volume workout.  Repeat each exercise 3 x 30 sec before moving on to the next exercise.  Total workout is 30 min (rest included)

  • KB Swing
  • Air Squat
  • Hand Release Push-up
  • Lunges
  • KB 3-Point row
  • Mtn Climbers
  • Glute Bridge
  • Front Plank
  • Calf raises
  • Burpees


The top of my calves, gastrocnemius and popliteus were EXTREMELY sore after the calf raises, embarrassingly so even.  I subbed the power cleans today for barbell row

High Bar Back Squat 5,5,5,5,3,8

Press 5,5,5,5,3,8

Row 5,5,5,5,3,8
