Bulletproof Coffee and getting creative with stairs

What a beautiful weekend we were blessed with!  After treating at a 5K in the AM on Saturday Keri and I had a picnic at Cheesman soaking up the sun, enjoying a paleo spread, and throwing the kettlebell around.

The recipe for ‘Bulletproof Coffee’ has been circulating for a while and I FINALLY tried it this weekend.  I must point out that I have always enjoyed my coffee black with none of the other extraneous crap that is so prevalent at various coffee establishments BUT HOLY COW this stuff is amazing.  Here is a link to the article that started it all –

*Keep it simple with a French Press and some quality beans (I love Denver based Daz Bog)*

Tonights workout with Mile High Strength Club will be a burner called …

8 Flights of Fun

Run the stairs (or walk according to fitness level) and perform three QUALITY push-ups at each landing (42 push-ups for 8 flights)

Walk back down to 1st floor

Repeat 5x

We will spent quite a bit of time with a proper warm-up and cool down
