What a beautiful weekend we were blessed with! After treating at a 5K in the AM on Saturday Keri and I had a picnic at Cheesman soaking up the sun, enjoying a paleo spread, and throwing the kettlebell around.
The recipe for ‘Bulletproof Coffee’ has been circulating for a while and I FINALLY tried it this weekend. I must point out that I have always enjoyed my coffee black with none of the other extraneous crap that is so prevalent at various coffee establishments BUT HOLY COW this stuff is amazing. Run the stairs (or walk according to fitness level) and perform three QUALITY push-ups at each landing (42 push-ups for 8 flights)
Walk back down to 1st floor
We will spent quite a bit of time with a proper warm-up and cool down
