The ‘Trial of Tens’ was great last night, love seeing the club members BUST their hump like that. I completed 6 rounds +3 sit ups and 6 rounds respectively. Well done all!
Tonight I am training with my partner for the CrossFit competition in March, Patrick, he is a ‘freak’** when it comes to fitness and was kind enough to fit the comp in amongst his ultramarathon training. This is the benchmark WOD, ‘The Chief,” except with a 3 min rest period (rather than 1 min) between sets since we are using the same platform and will go back to back. Just means more intensity right?!
