130211 – ‘A Trial of Tens’

Missed a few days this weeked, time was spent fitting folks with Aline Insoles at the Denver Golf Expo.  Here is todays Mile High Strength Club workout which I will jump in with, Dr. Hyman convinced me to break it up this way rather than push an all out 25 minute AMRAP.  I am calling this “A Trial of Tens.”


2 x 10 min AMRAP sets with a 5 min rest between

  • 10 KB Swings (HS)
  • 10 Lunges (5/leg)
  • 10 Push-ups
  • 10 Sit-ups
  • 10 Air Squats
