  • 70kg Power Clean 3x
  • Push ups 6x
  • Air Squats 9x

Here is a VERY short video demo’ing three classic full body and elemental movements.  If you CANNOT perform any one of these, call our office at 303-300-0424 to recieve treatment, there are some imbalances an asymmetries happening.
