Deadlift 5 x 2 (listed in kg)- 140, 150, 155, 160, 165

Push Press 5 x 2 (listed in kg) – 70, 80, 85, 90, 95

Metcon- 21/15/9 for time: 32kg KB swing/burpees

Cool down

After Karen on Tues and this yesterday, my quads are shaking like a leaf and I have a gait like  Frankenstein’s monster after he’s had a few.  But this is that ‘good’ pain, the pain that lets you know you are bustin your ass.  Good stuff all around.

Here is a video of last year’s first CrossFit Open event, 7 min of burpees.  Simple, devastating, beautiful.
