Was feeling whatever the polar opposite of excited is about training last night but eventually got myself to the gym. Within minutes of being in an atmosphere of kettlebell classes and rugby practice, that all changed and two hours later I had a hard time pulling myself away from the weights. It is AMAZING what a proper and passionate community/atmosphere can do. This resonates not only to fitness and health but all aspects of your life. Surround yourself with positive and excited people who will both challenge and support you, does the body & soul good.
Row 3 min on/1 min off, repeat for 10 sets. Goal was to hit at least 700 meters each 3 min set, got a bit ugly towards the end but managed. 7,284 total meters.
