Wanted to do an objective workout to be able to measure progress in a month, it kicked my ass more that it should I think. Time was 5:20, had the ‘metal’ taste and ’14er** cough’ for a while afterwards. Felt GREAT!

2 x 28kg KB Jerk 20 x 4, focused on the second dip and tried to really use my legs once the shoulders got fatigued.
