Still feeling the sting of the Broncos loss, I put together this workout with the hope to release enough endorphins to numb the disappointment and empty feeling in my soul. Okay I may be exaggerating a bit, but this workout will be a blast. The intercostal muscles still havent release completely from the virus I had so I am still taking advantage of longer rest periods. If your technique is sound, give it a go and let me know what you think!
Drop rep complex, complete each exercise one after another for Rx’d reps. Rest 1 min after each set. Repeat for 10 total sets.
- 50kg Barbell Thruster 5x
- 40kg Kettlebell Swing 4x
- Burpee 3x
