Sipping on excellent coffee, catching up on paperwork, and listening to Broncos pregame. Great Saturday so far, and will only get better as I watch the Ray Lewis retirement party and the Broncos march on to AFC Championship!
After the Mile High Strength Club meetup on Thurs I tried to get in a met-con and was completely floored. Being sick and sedentary for three weeks was awful and it is a bit depressing how fast you lose your fitness, BUT you can improve said fitness just as fast (always the optimist).
Yesterday’s workout was just three simple movements, lats & hamstrings are feeling that ‘good pain’ today.
140kg Barbell Deadlift (Alt grip) 10 x 2
70kg Barbell Push Press 10 x 2
Inverted Row 10 x 5
