I started the Mile High Strength Club on meetup months ago and just kind of sat on it. But the New Year is a perfect time to get this thing rolling so tonight at the office we are having the first official meeting which will consist of a warm-up, mobility work, kettlebell HIIT session, and cool down. I had to cap it off due to space which is a great problem, if you are interested sign up for the club here and get in early for next weeks event!

95lb Barbell Jerk 10 x 5
185lb BB Deadlift 10 x 5
Took my time and focused on quality movements, generating power from the core and transmitting it to the extremities by way of tension & proper biomechanics. Rested as needed between sets to regain my breath.
