So today will be my first day back in the gym, it is HORRIBLE being ill so take care of yourself folks! I have been jonesing to get in the gym for the past three weeks so I will try not to over due it today. To prevent me from acting like a dog off a leash at the park, I am writing up my workout before I leave the office. Staying away from heavy weight and allowing plenty of rest time, here it is.
- Push-ups 6 x 10
- 32kg KB Clean & Press 6 x 3/arm
- 32kg KB Clean & Squat 6 x 3/arm
- Sledgehammer 6 x 10/side
- Tire Jumps 6 x 10
- Alternate grip Pull-ups 6 x 5
Cool down w/core work
Yeah, that looks like a well rounded full body workout. Will use as a circuit, resting as needed. Cannot wait to blast Amon Amarth from the the rafters and immerse myself in some physical culture!
