I hope that you all had an amazing holiday season with plenty of R&R. It feels GREAT to be back at work, I had a nasty virus that laid me low the past two weeks so I am super exicted to start 2013 the right way and work on both my professional and personal goals for the upcoming year. I havent worked out for the past two weeks save one pathetic trip to the gym that left me wheezing and hobbled on the bench. I will still hold off any heavy training for the next few days, but really looking forward to just getting the blood moving again.
