I hope that you all had an amazing holiday season with plenty of R&R.  It feels GREAT to be back at work, I had a nasty virus that laid me low the past two weeks so I am super exicted to start 2013 the right way and work on both my professional and personal goals for the upcoming year.  I havent worked out for the past two weeks save one pathetic trip to the gym that left me wheezing and hobbled on the bench.  I will still hold off any heavy training for the next few days, but really looking forward to just getting the blood moving again.

As is common for this time of year, millions of folks will boldly state their resolutions only to lose their gusto after a week or so and fall back into their previous sedentary states.  Here are 9 ideas that will help you stay the course an make REAL TANGIBLE & OBJECTIVE changes in your life.
