12/12/2012

2 x 16kg Double Kettlebell Jerk (unbroken) 4:45- 60 reps, 4:41-28 reps.  We were trying to get a baseline of muscular endurance for GS, I was disappointed with my results but there they are.

16kg Kettlebell Snatch (unbroken, one hand switch) 8:32 – 60 reps Rt hand, 70 reps Lt hand.  See above.

Working a bit more core work at the end of each session almost as a cool down, taking my time and focusing on body movement.

  • Front Plank 3 x 45 sec
  • Birddog 3 x 10/leg
  • Single Leg Deadlift 3 x 5/leg

The entire workout felt like a BIG ‘meh,’ but at least I got the blood moving a bit.
