28kg KB Clean & Jerk 10 min set. Switched hands every minute and averaged 6-8RPM. Feet were cramping BIG time, but was happy that I did not need to set the bell down
2 x 24kg KB Jerk 10 min set. Not my finest, did sets of 6 reps then set it down and began again. 7 sets plus 3 reps (45 total reps)
- 135lb Barbell calf raises 2 x 20
- Back Extensions 2 x 10
- Hanging knee tucks 2 x 10
Here is a video that will get you charging out the door and hit the weights with a fury! Also, this Sunday there is a kettlebell meet at Colorado Kettlbell Club using BOLT Rules. Great chance to the experienced lifter and anyone new to the sport to get on the platform.
