The folks are flying in today for the holiday weekend so Keri and I will get in a quick workout before heading to D.I.A to pick them up. This is a short complex with an ‘I go:you go’(1:1) work to rest ratio. With the warm-up included, it should not take longer than a half hour. These are two of my favorite exercises and also two of the most worthwhile exercises you can do (throw in a squat and deadlift variation and you have all you really need for a complete exercise routine).
