Have just begun listening to Into Africa: The Epic Adventures of Stanley & Livingstone on my iPod. It is an amazing story about exploration, adventure, and overcoming tremendous hardship. The simple act of walking is a pivotal part of the book and it seems fitting to be walking myself while I absorb this fascinating true life tale.
Warm-up: easy run to Chessman Park
