It has been a while since my last post, sorry about that. It is a gorgeous Friday in the Mile High (cannot believe it is November). Need to catch up on my burpees, let a few days slip past, so that will be my workout. Heading to the park after my last patient and will get them over with!
Warm-up -walk to park
6 Count Burpees 200 reps (will enjoy the weather and take my time with them)
Cool Down- walk back home
** I have a patient who competes in the Elite division of Spartan Races with her husband. They sound like a blast and have got me checking out next years line up. Looks fun!
