Election Day!!


Complex, with a 1:1 work:rest ratio.  This thing kicked my butt pretty good.

  • 40kg KB Clean and Jerk 10 x 3/arm
  • 40kg KB Hardstyle Swings 10 x 6
  • 6 Count Burpees 10 x 6


Tried out my new Vibram Bikilas and Injinji toe socks.  The Bikilas feel quite a bit bulkier than my KSO’s but still much more comfortable than the Reebok Reflex (waste of money).  I LOVE my Vibrams, but after three pairs I have learned that the smell gets pretty atrocious (even with weekly washings), so the Injinji socks should help combat that.

The 100 Day Burpee Challenge is on Day 14 now, I had to make up 2 days from this weekend and trust me when I say it is much easier to stay up to date and  knock them out every day.  Remember that you can break up the repetitions any way that you want, just get them in!
