Short,sweet, and to the point. Keri and I have a double date at 7PM (last patient is at 4PM), so we must get in, lift, play, shower, and jet. We have been playing badminton for a few weeks now, and to say that it provides an excellent workout is an understatement. It is also an exciting, frustrating, maddening, and intense sprint/agility session, so get off the treadmill and give it a go. Our modern lives need a stress release valve and PLAY is an excellent way to let the steam out.
